Shift Consults Africa Limited is seeking the services of detail-oriented, organized, qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, including document handling, data entry and scheduling.
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, databases and filing systems for efficient information retrieval
· The candidate will assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
· The candidate will handle office supply inventory and procurement to ensure operational efficiency
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
· Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail
· Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Fluency in French is an added advantage
