Prudential Life Insurance Ghana is seeking to employ qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Financial Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate should have in his or her possession either an HND certificate, Diploma certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields. The company is a trusted and well-known life insurance company that is looking at minimizing risk, maximizing worth and successfully improving the lives of Ghanaians.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for providing goal and results-driven financial planning services to help improve the standing of the organization

·       Candidate will provide insurance advice to stakeholders, other staff and all customers.

·       Candidate will educate clients on all the financial policies of the company be it retirement plans, wedding plans and many others.

·       Candidate will help clients achieve financial security  and meet all their financial goals in the long run.

Qualification

·       HND, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related fields.

·       Proven experience working as a Finance Sales Consultant or other relevant fields.

·       Good time management skills

·       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Remuneration

·       Provision of basic support income

·       Provision of allowances such as transport allowance.

·       Provision of monthly periodic commission for the good work done

·       Travelling abroad with annual incentives attached
