Mens Express Global is seeking to employ qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a General Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to lead all business operations and excel. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Management.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will manage day-to-day operations of the company

·       Candidate will track and assess performance of other teams in the company

·       Candidate must improve staff performance in the organization

·       Candidate will delegate roles and responsibilities to other team members

Qualification

·       Proven experience in a Senior Leadership/Management role or equivalent.

·       Good writing and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent leadership and management skills.

·       Excellent skills for the management of an organization or body’s finances

·       Good decision-making and solving of issues and disputes
