A reputable company is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an HR Officer. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions and positing job adverts. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will provide support in the recruitment process

·       Candidate will prepare job description, responsibilities and qualification for staff and for the recruitment process

·       Candidate will be responsible for circulating job adverts and job flyers.

·       Candidate will manage and partake in the hiring process

·       Candidate will conduct interviews and orientation for new staff.

·       Candidate must ensure there is a harmonious and productive environment in the company

·       Candidate will assist in the development and execution of HR policies

·       Candidate will administer staff remuneration and benefit policies

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field

·       2 – 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Officer

·       Good writing and verbal communication skills

·       Good coordination and interpersonal skills
