A reputable company is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an administrative officer. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and strong organizational skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies stock and place orders

·       Candidate will prepare regular reports on expenses

·       Candidate will manage day to day operations

·       Candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings and events

·       Candidate will be responsible for coordinating external and internal events of the business

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing or Banking & Finance

·       Good writing and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skill

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Effective time management skills
