Cayman Advisory Services is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Front Desk Executive. The ideal candidate should be able to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will answer incoming calls
· Candidate will answer and address customer questions and inquiries
· Candidate must ensure office supplies are well maintained
· Candidate will be responsible for maintaining administration and operation records
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
· Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, that is, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint and others
· Hands-on experience with office equipment
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
