Glico Group seeks the services of a qualified and hardworking individual for the Learning and Talent Development Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing learning and talent development strategies for all employees with the subsidiaries of GLICO Group, with the aim of building the right culture that drives productivity and overall business performance. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will develop learning and talent development strategies for the group
· The candidate will liaise with Business leaders and HR Business partners to conduct annual training and development needs assessment
· The candidate will develop training and development plans and solutions that are aligned with business goals
· The candidate will develop learning and development plans for the business
· The candidate will train managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
· The candidate will plan, organize and facilitate learning training initiatives across all levels and subsequently develop training
· The candidate will conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
· The candidate will deliver all learning and talent development initiatives with budget
· The candidate will be responsible for on-boarding of all new employee
· The candidate will be responsible for working with Group Head HR on succession planning and management
· The candidate will work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR team
Qualification

· Ability to build relationships with all types of interlocutors, are convincing, tenacious, have a sense of services and thoroughness
