Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules

·       The candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel plans

·       The candidate will manage and maintain records

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to facilitate organizational efficiency

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent

·       Excellent time management skills

·       Good coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Good customer service qualities
