BrainWave Africa Tech seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Office Manager or Receptionist. The ideal candidate must ensure the reception area is tidy and in order at all times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting client. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the Receptionist Position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients

·       The candidate must ensure the reception area is tidy and in order at all times

·       The candidate will be responsible for booking meetings

·       The candidate will be responsible for arranging couriers

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering and forwarding phone calls

·       The candidate will be responsible for sorting and distributing posts

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Proven work experience as a receptionist or equivalent
