Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Auditor to join our team. The Warehouse Auditor will be responsible for auditing warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage conditions, and compliance with safety standards. This role ensures that all processes are efficient, accurate, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Audits:
• Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and conditions.
• Check storage conditions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as scheduled.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and work with management to develop corrective actions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of audits, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and reduce errors.
• Work with the warehouse team to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
• Safety and Quality:
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse.
• Monitor the quality of products and materials stored in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• At least HND in logistics and supply chain or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Previous auditing experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
