Price Brokers Ghana is looking for passionate and qualified individuals for the position of Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies stock and placing orders. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies stock and placing orders.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases.

·       The candidate will organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

·       The candidate will answer queries from employees and clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for updating office policies and ensuring compliance with them

·       The candidate will be responsible for arranging travel and accommodations for executives

·       The candidate will schedule in-house and external meetings

·       The candidate will be responsible for distributing and storing correspondence that is letters, emails and packages

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned

Qualification

·       Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Familiarity with office management procedures

·       HND/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
