Innohub Ghana seeks for someone who can support their finance department by ensuring smooth project management and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will optimize procurement, manage suppliers and ensure cost-effective resource allocations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities

·       The candidate must ensure strong relationships are built and maintained between suppliers

·       The candidate will maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier data

·       The candidate will collaborate with teams to execute procurement strategies

Qualification

·       Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution

·       Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role

·       Expertise in drafting contracts, MoUs and procurement management

·       In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations and control systems

·       Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills

·       Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to conduct risk assessment and pronounce accurate judgments

·       Attention to detail and outstanding time management skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Must be a good team player and be willing to take up other responsibilities
