Job Summary
We are currently seeking a seasoned and professional Operations Manager with strong project management skills to oversee and manage projects in the realm of security technology services. The ideal candidate will be a mature individual, approximately 50 years of age, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the security technology industry. A university degree in a related field is required for this role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
•  Oversee and manage all aspects of operations in the security technology services division, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems.
•  Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
•  Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring progress and performance to ensure successful project delivery.
•  Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to effectively manage projects and ensure client satisfaction.
•  Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts to minimize disruptions and delays.
•  Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status, performance, and key metrics to senior management.
•  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
•  Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Project Management).
•  Minimum of 10 years of experience in the security technology industry, with a focus on CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems.
•  Proven track record in project management, with successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
•  Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
•  Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
•  Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
•  PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
•  Experience in team management and talent development is desirable.
