HRBIC Limited is in the market for hardworking and experienced individuals for the HR Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding.

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain top hospitality talent

·       The candidate must maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and industry standards.

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

·       The candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive work culture and addressing workplace concerns.

·       The candidate will be responsible for organizing staff training programs to enhance service quality and professionalism.

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing career growth opportunities and performance improvement plans.

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits and incentive programs.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or Hospitality Management

·       5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

·       Strong knowledge of labour laws and hospitality industry regulations

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good leadership and coordination skills

·       Excellent problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in HR software and payroll management

Salary: Ghc 6,000.00
