Job Description/Requirements
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales
• Must have completed SHS
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
