Tuffour Pharmacy Group is looking for a commercially astute, people-focused General Manager to lead and grow its operations in Ghana. The ideal candidate should demonstrate success in leading teams and managing multi-functional operations. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
What We're Looking For:
i. At least 7 years' experience in general management, operations, or commercial leadership roles
ii. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing multi-functional operations
iii. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and brand building
iv. Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
