Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Supervisory Managers to lead and bolster our team of Health Connect Specialists. The Supervisory Managers will manage the day-to-day operations of the specialists, guarantee effective service delivery, adherence to company protocols, and the accomplishment of health impact goals.
 
Responsibilities:

·       Candidate will coach, support and lead a team of Healthcare personnels to guarantee high performance and motivation.

·       Candidate will conduct customary team gatherings to audit performance, address challenges, and share reforms and upgrades.

·       Candidate will provide continual training and elevation opportunities to enhance the skills, abilities and knowledge of personnel.

·       Candidate will help in setting performance targets, objectives and goals for Health Connect Personnel.

·       Candidate will lead personnel to meet and surpass expectation and performance targets and health impact objectives.

·       Candidate will monitor the performance of agents in capturing vitals, dispensing pharmaceutical drugs, and educating customers.

·       Candidate must ensure groundbreaking Quality Assurance strategies and practices are implemented and frequently updated.

·       Candidate must create cordial relationships with client, community leaders, customers and other stakeholders to foster smooth operations.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

·       HND holders with significant experience are also encouraged to apply.

·       Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare, community outreach, or customer service.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Proficiency in using mobile devices and digital applications for data collection and reporting.
