De Youngster’s International School is seeking to employ qualified individuals for the position of a Social Studies Teacher. The idea candidate should be able to effectively prepare and implement schemes of work for pupil. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for this position. 

Responsibilities

·       Candidate must identify teaching objectives and draw a roadmap of how it will be taught and assessed

·       Candidate must engage and motivate students.

·       Candidate must ensure the effective use of school teaching plan and materials and make sure students are well assessed.

·       Candidate will grade all homework, assignments and examinations written by students.

Qualification

·       Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, specializing in Social Studies or equivalent

·       3 years of proven experience in the teaching field or equivalent

·       Good time-management and interpersonal skills
