Depaxy Travel Consult is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Administrator. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year administrative experience and have good writing and verbal communication skills. As follows are the responsibilities and requirements for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will manage and supervise daily activities in the organization
· Candidate must ensure all confidential records are kept private
· Candidate will provide administrative support to other staff and clients.
· Candidate will help superiors supervise organizational day to day tasks and process
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration or other related field.
· Must be between 25 to 35 years
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Good knowledge in travelling or aviation
· At least 1 year of proven work experience as an Administrator
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
