· Candidate will responsible for managing incoming calls and redirect those call to the suitable staff
· Candidate will receive and sort daily mails and documents
· Candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
· Candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.
Qualification
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Relations or equivalent
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
