Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Health Connect Agents. Health Connect Agents play a crucial role in delivering essential healthcare services to underserved communities, including marketplaces, groups, and associations. As a Health Connect Agent, you will be responsible for visiting designated locations, capturing vitals and mood indicators, delivering essential medicines, and educating customers on the importance of preventive care. This role requires a strong commitment to community health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular visits to designated locations, including marketplaces, community centers, and group gatherings.
· Capture vitals and mood indicators of individuals using designated equipment and the Knoxxi HealthConnect app.
· Deliver essential medicines in mini packs to customers as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
· Educate customers on the importance of regular health check-ups, preventive care, and medication adherence.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vitals data, and medication deliveries using the Knoxxi HealthConnect app.
· Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
· Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in healthcare practices, technology, and service delivery.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
· Represent Knoxxi HealthConnect with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to improving community health outcomes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field preferred (e.g., nursing, public health).
· HND holders in healthcare-related disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
· Prior experience in healthcare, community outreach, or customer service roles is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to customer care.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in using mobile devices and digital applications.
· Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing schedules as required.
