Best Western Premier is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, modern principles, practices of hotel procurement, supplies and will also be responsible for handling all issues pertaining to hospitality. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of invoices
· Candidate will handle all incoming transactions of the company
· Candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree or at least an HND in Purchasing and Supply/Procurement Management from a recognized tertiary institution
· In-depth knowledge of modern principles and practices of hotel procurement and supplies.
· Knowledgeable in national procurement laws.
· Sound knowledge of Micros Fidelio and MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
