Bedita Pharmaceuticals is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a medical counter assistant. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will dispense and delivery pharmaceutical products
· Candidate will satisfy and reply to medical questions and inquiries by clients.
· Candidate will use medical software and inventory management systems to serve clients and keep stock of medicines
· Candidate will further explain information to patients about their medications, including usage, dosage, side effects and storage
Qualification
· MCA Certificate or HND in pharmacy Technician or equivalent
· Proven experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skill
