A reputable company seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Account Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing income statements and balance sheets, and report any discrepancies to Management. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for performing general accounting activities and providing financial reporting
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing income statements and bank sheets
· The candidate must ensure all report mistakes, issues, and problems are forwarded to management
· The candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing financial analysis and support
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
· 5 years of proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar
· Professional Accountancy qualification such as ICA or ACCA
· Good knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Good coordination and people management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
