Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining office records, files, and databases
· The candidate will coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
· The candidate will prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
· The candidate will develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
· The candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
Qualification
· WASSCE/Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant fields
· Proven work experience as an Administrative officer or willingness to learn on the job
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
· Good time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Remuneration
· Salary 1500 – 2100
