The Lands Hub seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as an administrative assistant. The candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and inventory as needed. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and inventory
· The candidate will organize office layout and maintain office organization
· The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
· The candidate will assist with travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips
· The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails
· The candidate will be responsible for handling internal and external communications
· The candidate will prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
Qualification
· A female between 22 – 34 years
· Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as an administrative assistant
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or another related field
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
· A keen eye for detail
