Mohinani – Somotex Ghana seeks the services of qualified, passionate, and hardworking individuals for the position of Brands Marketing Manager. As the Brands Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will play a key role in executing strategic, marketing initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure effective campaign execution through vendor management and collaboration with cross-functional terms. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate must ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and strategic business objectives.

·       The candidate must monitor campaign partnerships with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services.

·       The candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing timelines, and overseeing the execution of deliverables to maintain brand standards.

·       The candidate must uphold and strengthen brand positioning across all marketing channels.

·       The candidate must maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.

·       The candidate must utilize data-driven insights in marketing decisions and maximize campaign effectiveness.

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing marketing budgets for multiple brands, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

·       Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in marketing roles, preferably within the CEHA industry or a related sector

·       In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends, consumer insights, and digital marketing strategies

·       Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels

·       Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external relationships effectively

·       Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to drive strategic insights
