DKT International Ghana seeks the services and qualified individuals for the Lydia Brand Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing DKT’s Lydia brand. The ideal candidate will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, with responsibilities including Mass Media, Social Media, Trade Marketing, and Public Relations. The LBO will be responsible for organizing or preparing presentations and marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, and reports. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for deploying data-driven marketing strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty for Lydia products across Ghana, with a focus on the unique preferences of different regions and demographics.
· The candidate will work with creative agencies/in-house creative team to develop culturally relevant ATL and BTL content that resonates with the Ghanaian lifestyle and emphasizes the distinct variants of the Lydia brand.
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with media agencies to plan, monitor, and optimize campaigns across OOH, Radio, and TV, maximizing reach and brand recall.
· The candidate will be responsible for organizing memorable brand activations and events that reinforce Lydia’s market presence and appeal to consumers’ social lifestyles
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or a related field
· Strong understanding of consumer branding and behavior
· Minimum of 1 year in marketing, brand management, or consumer engagement with fast-moving consumer goods
· Strong understanding of Ghanaian culture and consumer behavior, particularly with sexual and reproductive
· Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing campaigns that speak directly to local tastes and consumer lifestyles
