The Presbyterian University, Ghana invites applications for appointment positions in the Registry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations and marketing programs that support the overall objectives of the University. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Duties:
• Develop and implement strategic public relations and marketing programs that support the overall objectives of the University.
• Develop content, and target audiences, and utilize technology to communicate with those audiences and stakeholders.
• Manage and promote the Presbyterian University Brand.
• Write and produce most official publications including newsletter, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Serve as the official liaison with the general public, community, and organization and manage the organization’s websites.
• Manage Media and media relations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of Masters degree in Public Relations/Marketing
• Must have progressive experience in PR, Marketing, fundraising, events promotion, or journalism practice.
• Membership of the Institute of Public Relations/ Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and experience in a University setting will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must have great communication (written and verbal) skills, great interpersonal skills, and be customer-focused.
