D Barfi Guest House seeks the services of a friendly, organized, professional, qualified, and hardworking individual for the Front Desk Executive/Receptionist position. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage reservations, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with housekeeping. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors courteously and professionally.

·       The  candidate will handle check-ins /outs and address inquiries

·       The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and conferences

·       The candidate will perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

·       The candidate will manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

·       The candidate must ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable

·       The candidate will respond to client and visitor inquiries efficiently and accurately

·       The candidate will be responsible for communicating with staff members to relay messages and coordinate activities

·       The candidate will be responsible for processing payments, handling correspondence, and maintaining guest documentation

·       Proven experience in hospitality/customer service is an added advantage

Qualification

·       HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

·       Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Good time management skills
