Zonda Tec Ghana Limited seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling new sales customers to promote spare parts and services to the after-sales department. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for calling new sales customers to promote spare parts and service the aftersales department.
· The candidate will be responsible for handling basic and general enquiries following the company and department procedures.
· The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with them
· The candidate must listen to the queries and concerns of customers and assist them with what they want.
· The candidate will be responsible for generating sales and customers and reporting sales performance.
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with 2 – 4 years of working experience in a similar role
· Applicants must have good communication skills and be outspoken
· Applicants must be computer-literate
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
