Legacy Royce seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Accounts Clerk position. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing and reconciliation.
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
· The candidate will process payments, receipts and other financial transactions
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
· The candidate must ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualification
· Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related field
· Proven work experience in an accounting or administrative role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially, Excel
· Good knowledge of Accounting software is an added advantage
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
