Procus Ghana Limited seeks the services of a driven, passionate, and experienced Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing branding positioning and consumer insights. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of a Brand Manager;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights.
· The candidate will be responsible for shaping and communicating the vision and mission of the company.
· The candidate will be responsible for translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
· The candidate will be responsible for leading creative and development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
· The candidate will establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters market application and sales estimates
· The candidate will measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitor activities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or a related field
· A master’s degree is an added advantage
· Proven experience in developing brands and marketing strategies, preferably in the FMCG industry
· Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to analyse profitability and sales data
