Job Summary:

A high-performing Senior Sales Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by working with customers/clients (contractors, architects, interior designers etc.) in selecting products from our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Achieve growth, and improve market share and profitability targets.

·       Provide expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.

·       Use consultative sales and interpersonal skills to pursue close sales opportunities.

·       Execute project outreach/sales and ensure compatibility between customer desires/needs and product offerings.

·       Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships.

·       Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management

·       Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

·       Assist with designing and executing sales campaigns and promotions

·       Learn about the company, brands, key sales drivers, and competitor activities

·       Follow company policies and procedures

 

Other Duties:

·       Assist in in-store sales activities and uplifting customer service experience.

·       Respond to social media posts and develop discussions.

·       Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations.

·       Assist with duties as assigned.

 

Desired Career Experience:

·       Minimum of 5 years experience in retail/wholesale/project sales environment.

·       Consultative

·       Proficient in excel based systems and data manipulation

·       Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

·       Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, plan and budget
