The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate must ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department.
· The candidate must ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
· The candidate will create onboarding, training programs and orientation programs for new and old staff
· The candidate will maintain records of personal-related data
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR Management or similar roles
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and employee relations in Ghana
