The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general management of office buildings and facilities, ensuring smooth operations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing general management of office buildings and facilities, ensuring smooth operations
· The candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing official correspondence as required
· The candidate will maintain an organized filing system for company records and documentation
· The candidate will supervise office security, gardening services and fleet management including vehicle maintenance and driver activities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing office petty cash, disburse funds with proper documentation and ensure timely supply of office materials and services
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or a related field
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
· Familiarity with office management software and databases is an added advantage
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact with staff, clients and stakeholders
· Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks and maintain organized records
· A background in customer services is an added advantage
