African Entrepreneurship Academy seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Sales and Marketing representative position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving the growth of our brand across various marketing. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and the ability to work independently. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for seeking opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

·       The candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting marketing research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of AEA Ghana’s products and services to communicate their benefits to customers effectively

·       The candidate will deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the unique features of our products

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and  sales

Qualification

·       Proven work experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Good knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques is an added advantage

·       Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results

Remuneration

·       Ghc 1,500 on performance (monthly)

·       Attractive commission structure, with earnings based on sales performance
