Cob and Gold Connect is seeking the services of qualified, detail-oriented and results-driven individuals for the Human Resource Manager(Female) position. Responsibilities

·       The candidate will develop and implement hiring strategies

·       The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts

·       The candidate will promote work culture and boost employee morale

·       The candidate will be responsible for organizing team-building activities and wellness programs

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs an organizing professional development programs

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·       Good knowledge of Human Resource principles, processes and policies

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Good time management skills
