Job Summary
An Automobile Company in Accra is looking for a Technical Sales Manager for immediate employment.
•  Minimum Qualification: Degree
•  Experience Level: Entry level
•  Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
•  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
•  Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, including garages, workshops, and industrial facilities
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers
•  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lubricants
•  Provide technical support and advice to customers on product selection and usage
•  Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
•  Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering)
•  Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry
•  Strong knowledge of automobile and industrial lubricants and their applications
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
