Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Support our talent acquisition efforts in Ghana, including but not limited to advertising, sourcing, talent pooling, conducting interview and onboarding new team members.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment events to streamline the recruitment process for prospective new team members while building key relationships and partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Team Social Events and Huddles
• Coordinate our social events by managing the planning process in Ghana, which includes selecting venues, coordinating logistics, overseeing the budget, and ensuring effective team communication and participation.

Internal Comms
• Oversee the coordination of All-Hands gatherings, ensuring timely scheduling, clear communication with team members, calendar management, and preparation of presentation materials as needed.
• Assist with internal communications as required, including drafting business communications regarding recent changes, team updates, new policies, initiatives, employee surveys, and other relevant matters.

Ghana Office Management:
• Ensure the Ghana office is equipped with essential amenities, such as a comfortable workspace, snacks, reliable internet access, and other logistical support, to promote a productive working environment.

Ghana Benefits Support
• Offer support for benefits inquiries for our team in Ghana by liaising with team members to submit their benefit expenses promptly. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure they have the necessary information to process these expenses effectively.
• Coordinate the supply of monthly office snacks and oversee the coordination of purchasing birthday gifts and cards for team members.

Ghana Budget Coordination
• Prepare and submit budget requests for office-related expenses, Ghana Huddle events, and other team requirements. Monitor expenses closely and ensure funds are allocated and utilized efficiently.

Partnership HR Support
• Serve as an HR support for our clients and partners in Ghana, offering guidance and assistance on matters such as culture, employee engagement, feedback mechanisms, benefits, benchmarking, employee queries and other relevant areas as needed.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of human resources experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to priorities tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Salary Range: 7000.00gh - 9000.00
