Legacy Girls School seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Human Resource Officer. The ideal candidate will be critical in managing and supporting the school’s human resource functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will work closely with the school’s leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the school’s mission and values. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will manage and support the school’s human resource functions.

·       The candidate will embark on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities.

·       The candidate must ensure a positive and productive work environment at all times.

·       Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,  Public Relations Management and many others

·       Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role preferably in educational settings

·       Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Ghanaian labor laws

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to build trust and rapport with staff

·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·       Ability to handle multiple priorities

·       Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

·       A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution

·       High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
