Vision fund Ghana is on the market for qualified and passionate individuals for the position of a client service officer. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate to Dunkwa in as instance where he or she lives elsewhere.
Responsibilities
· Candidate should have the ability to build healthy relationships and trust with customer and clients.
· Candidate will handle client questions and disputes
· Candidate will provide the necessary solutions and alternative to clients when the need arises
Qualification
· Proven experience in working as a Client Service Officer
· Good interpersonal and time-management skills
