Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase ticket sales and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community partners to secure group bookings and special events.
• Actively promote movie screenings, special promotions, and loyalty programs to drive attendance and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving performance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
