Tendo seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Marketing Personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a vibrant community of users. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Marketing Intern to assist with the marketing functions. Prior experience in social media management or a related field is required.  Must have experience building online communities (yes, WhatsApp groups count!) The role will be full-time.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop influencer marketing strategies.

·       Manage and grow a vibrant community of users.

·       Design and manage social media marketing content.

·       Assist social media team to develop content marketing strategies.

·       Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

·       Promoting employer's products and/or services in the digital space.

·       Partial remote role with internet allowance provided.

·       Leading market team to set and meet periodic goals.

Requirements:

·       Any Graduate (Preferably with an E-commerce or Digital marketing agency background).

·       1-4 years of relevant experience in Community Building (WhatsApp, Facebook, or Offline),Paid advertising, mainly Facebook Ads.

·       Good understanding of fundamental marketing concepts.

·       Strategize, Develop, Manage and Optimize digital marketing campaigns for a budget.

·       Oversee social media strategy.

·       Cultural fit: Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to experiment.

·       Ability to work in a flat hierarchy.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Must own a well-functioning laptop.
