A reputable company seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Stores Officer position. The ideal candidate must live within Accra or its environs. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials and supplies.

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all items in stock.

·       The candidate must ensure proper documentation of receipts and issuances

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular stock counts to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies

·       The candidate will be responsible for properly storing materials and equipment to prevent damage or loss

·       The candidate will organize the warehouse or storage area for easy accessibility and efficient workflow

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Procurement, Business Administration, or other relevant fields

·       Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Stores Officer

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Good knowledge of store-keeping procedures and principles
