Efand Associates Gh seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Logistics Executive position. As follows are the details for the job;

Company Overview:
Join our innovative team in the agriculture/agri-tech sector, where we prioritize operational excellence and global supply chain efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to lead and manage our import/export operations, optimizing our supply chain strategies and ensuring smooth, cost-effective logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

i.        Lead and manage import logistics operations, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation, ensuring full compliance.

ii.      Oversee and manage export logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate international deliveries.

iii.    Coordinate procurement with key suppliers for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring seamless inventory flow.

iv.     Ensure full regulatory compliance for all import/export activities, maintaining a high standard of legal adherence.

v.       Develop and implement strategic supply chain management initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency.

vi.     Collaborate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and brokers for smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery of goods.

vii.   Prepare and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.

viii. Track logistics performance against KPIs, ensuring adherence to project time-lines and quality standards.

ix.     Execute global logistics strategies, building partnerships within the supply chain to support long-term business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

v  MBA/Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Import & Export, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

v  4 to 5 years of proven management experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles

v  In-depth knowledge of international import/export regulations and customs procedures

v  Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

v  Expertise in managing logistics budgets and implementing cost-effective strategies

v  Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines
