The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· The candidate will be responsible for generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
· The candidate must maintain general ledger accounts
· The candidate will be responsible for records and reconciling financial transactions
· The candidate must assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
· The candidate will monitor variances and provide insights for corrective actions
· The candidate must ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws
· The candidate will support internal and external audit processes
· The candidate must ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
· The candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, payments, and receipts
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts and following up on collections
Administrative Duties
· The candidate will oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
· The candidate will manage vendor and service provider relationships
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date files for financial and administrative records
· The candidate will coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
· The candidate will assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
· Proven work experience in accounting roles
· Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Tally
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Good knowledge of accounting processes, policies, and procedures
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
