Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing in a real estate industry? We are looking for talented professionals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property sales
• Manage inquiries, conduct property tours and negotiate sales agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and prospecting methods
• Collaborate with stakeholders including property developers, brokers and legal advisors
• Stay compliant with legal and regulatory requirements governing real estate activities

Qualification Required & Experience
• HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years experience with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles in the real estate industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools in a plus
