Graphic Communication Groups seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Senior Audit Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, reporting and recording anomalies in the disbursement process. The ideal candidate must ensure that procurements are made according to company policy and procedures. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing information systems audit

·       The candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvement

·       The candidate must ensure that procurements are made according to company policy and procedures

·       The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, recording and reporting anomalies in the disbursement process

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits in the regional offices

·       The candidate will be responsible for undertaking inventory management reviews

·       The candidate must validate advert sales and generate periodic reports

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting risk identification and corporate governance review

Qualification

·       Professional accounting qualification (ICA Gh, ACCA, CIMA Final) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience

·       Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory position

Skills

·       Good analytical skills

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Strong computing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel especially MS. Excel

·       Ability to meet timelines

·       Knowledge of Oracle (e-Business Suite) will be an added advantage
