Asdel Consult is seeking to employ qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manager other teams.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will analyze market trends and advice stakeholders on the best decision to take

·       Candidate will design and prepare periodic financial reports

·       Candidate will manage investment strategies of the company provide advice on the best strategy to go with.

·       Candidate will assess financial performance of the company

Requirement

·       Applicant has to be CA or ACCA Qualified.

·       Minimum of 5 years proven experience in finance, accounting or other related roles.

·       Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting

·       Proven ability to lead and manage other teams

·       Good understanding of accounting standards and regulations

·       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal skills.

Remuneration

·       Good Salary – GHS 130k to GHS 150k per year

·       Lunch subsidy

·       Medical Insurance

·       Fuel Allowances

·       Other packages based on performance
